REJECTION OF DELIVERIES MADE.
a)Rejection of flowers after dispatch. If a delivery is made to the recipient, it is still considered delivered.
a) a) For our clients who wish to cancel their orders:
– If delivery is Express or via Courier, the order must be canceled on the same day that it was made.
– All other deliveries must be canceled at least four days before the delivery date. Please note that payments will be refunded only if cancellations are made within this designated period.
b) In case of quality problems, any claim related to our product must be made within the next 48 hours upon arrival of the shipment and up to a maximum of eight days from the departure of the farm. The claim must include details of the perceived quality problem, attaching a set of five photographs and this request must be sent to email@example.com. Rosas del Manzano LLC will proceed to make the necessary product changes by means of adequate coordination processes with the client.
a)We are committed to protecting your privacy. To update orders, we collect your personal information that you voluntarily provide to us while using our website features. Your privacy is important to us and we do not share your information with any other company, organization, or individual.
b) We guarantee that every transaction you make on the website of Rosas del Manzano will be 100% secure. This means that you will not pay unauthorized charges on your card based on purchases made on our website.

Delivery, Shipping, and Returns Policy
a) Packages are generally shipped the same day or 1 day after receipt of payment for express deliveries. They are shipped via FedEx with tracking features and delivered without requiring any signature. If you prefer delivery by FedEx with the required signature, please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping option you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
b) WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOU to schedule your delivery date for 4 or 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EVENT due to the possibility of flight schedule delays, mechanical problems, or bad weather conditions. Our flowers easily last 10 days or more with proper care. We guarantee this.
